Rosie managed to writethe full play in a matter of two months, drawn fromher own personal experiences; that is a hugeaccomplishment.Rosie: There is a sense of autobiographical contextto the Narcissist but also more of a dramatizedstory of ‘’the girl who wanted the world on a plate’’.It’s about coming to terms with how true it is thatyou reap what you sow, and hard work is alwayswhat pays off.Thank you both for your time; it hasbeen a pleasure. Before you go, couldyou let our readers know what youhave coming up next?Rosie: What I am extremely passionateabout and proud of is a spoken work night called‘’SPEAK’’ that is held on the 3rd Thursday of everymonth at Jimmy’s bar in Manchester’s northernquarter. It’s a none pro t organisation which providesa platform for spoken word artists - there are 10 openslots available and it’s a rst come rst serve basis. It’s designed to be open to all levels of experience, and we draw in performances from all backgroundswith varying styles, ranging from urban to traditional. The thing that excites me the most about this is thatwe have tapped into a new audience; this is not just apoetry night for poets, it’s also about having a greatnight out and enjoying something different.
